It's right for Nick to take the time to mourn - hugely important for himself and family. I wouldn't be putting him in the round 1 team though and perhaps that isn't even in consideration. Slow build up to round 3 or 4 if he is right nothing sooner.

I think when you are evaluating trades getting fixed on we lost pick x and pick y for player z doesn't ever have a clear win or loss bottom line.
