Re: Liam Henry
If he is as good as NWM then they are going to want 2 FRDPs for him as we would for NWM.

Re: Liam Henry
How closely have you watched him play or are you just going by stats? I have seen him play so not just by stats but I am not going to pretend I have studied him closely. From what I have seen his kicking is average at best certainly not elite as people are suggesting in my opinion. I think Saturday...

Re: Liam Henry
I don't want him at all. He would add nothing to our side except pace (we have Peris who is younger that can add nothing but pace). He is another ball butcher and we already have a bunch of those. It wouldn't surprise me though if Ross went hard for him as he probably thinks he can turn him into de...

Re: Cordy or Dougs
Howard was dealing with a midfield that was regularly getting it's arse handed to it. Cordy comes in and has two good games where our midfield was well on top, a rare occurrence this year. We then play Brisbane where the midfield again was runover and Joe tears Cordy a new one. The fact that Joe's g...

Re: Marshall, Sinclair and Wilkie in 44 man AA squad
Tim English will get the ruck spot and he has had a great year.
Sinclair is a certainty to make it.
Roma may get a gig on the bench but I feel that Wilkie will probably miss out as he is fairly inconspicuous in what he does.

No wonder GWS have done well.
I saw Adam in Sexy Beast and his quarter time sprays must be terrifying.

Re: Sydney will be gifted a win today
Petracca doesn’t give a s*** about this game. That aged well. Ok but cheap shot. Were you watching the game? Yes it was a cheap shot and I did watch the game. It wasn't meant as a mean comment but I did think it somewhat comical that I was reading the comment during the second half of the third qua...

Re: That's a win in my book
It is unfair on Webster to single him out. Charlie tore him a new one but he would have done that to anyone we put on him with the number of forward 50 entries we let them have. If they had kicked straight it would have been a 10 goals loss. We were soundly flogged. We came back at them a bit in the...

Re: Dougle on the market article
Cordy has looked good in the last two games when our midfield has rodgered the opposition mercilessly. He hasn't had to play with a midfield getting flogged which Howard did all year and apart from against Adelaide has not been beaten. I would want a top 10 pick for Howard, good key defenders are ra...

Re: Crows Chairman wants compensation
If you pay Adelaide compensation because of an umpiring mistake, then we should ask for compensation for when they beat us by 52 points earlier in the season. I am sure I could find an umpiring mistake at some point early in the game and can easily argue that I can predict the rest of the game just ...

Now the Bears fans have piled on and said we lack an awareness of irony!! Go figure! I assume they mean Irony in the Alanis Morissette meaning of the word. Simply getting statements of facts wrong is not irony it is just lazy. Irony is to make a statement that opposes your actual meaning to either ...

Re: Road to the Finals
I am no Ross fan in fact I would happily see the back of him, my personal opinion and not really open for discussion. However, the game on the weekend was probably our most complete performance for the year. We were switched on for the whole game and played a strong attacking brand of counter punch ...

Re: Saints on TOP SECRET Irish scouting trip
Category 2 rookies are almost a free hit. They are outside the salary cap and you can carry as many as you wish. Yes, they are low return strategies but they are low risk as well. There have been more misses than hits but that is the same with all rookies.

Re: Zac butters
I would love to get him here but it would be crippling on our development. You would think that Port would want at least two first round draft picks. We are a young side and while a trade for this years first round draft pick would be fine more than that would be indicative of the club thinking we a...

Re: Supporters need perspective
I don't actually care about the win/loss record this year. I care about the style of football we play. We have a coach that plays the most negative brand of anti-football I have ever seen. Everything we do is designed to stifle the oppositions ability to score even if it also stifles ours. The tact...

At 57 he’ll coach into his 60s He’ll be the longest serving coach without a flag in history! Rebuild Doesn’t work… You just continually build! Sydney has rebuilt since 95 Geelong since 2003 Richmond since 2012 Teams the have, had absolutely no guarantee of success Really? Why haven’t those sides bo...

Re: Self-Flagellation
I am sorry but a mini-rebuild is the issue. A mini rebuild is what you do when you are at the top and just starting to slip because of a few older players not when you are middle of the pack going nowhere. We are in a position where the coach has one of two choices: one go all in saying we should be...

If you think Ross is happy with that performance you don’t know him. He doesn’t rave and rant but he’s not cuddly. He is honest and to the point. He takes no prisoners and knows what he wants. And if you don’t deliver you know. Trust me Well I hope that is the case but from what I have seen I have ...
