just listening to SEN and in shock on how highly regarded birss is. what is this thing about players becoming better then they are as soon as they are delisted? I find it strange.... did anyone hear Finey last night on SEN.....you would have thought that Birss was a star.....he just went on and on ...

Its not far from Eastlink and the Frankston freeway and will be very easy to get to. If you think it's easy to get to from the freeway, have you tried to get back to the freeway? It is currently a very quiet area with not much traffic and I cant wait to see the transformation over the next few year...
