All clubs have to use three picks in the draft. So far we have picked up 2 players in Trade week and promoted 2 rookies. We had 5 retirements, so we need to delist 2, or more if we intend either picking up more than 3 in the draft, or any one in the pre-season draft.

I am not so sure about Dempster. We already have a number of similar players, there were other types more important for us to pick up. We now have only three draft picks left. If we want to pick up King or anyone else preseason we have to delist some one else. maybe Dempster?

Why are you using 2004 to compare with 2007? Why not 2006? Not a big enough difference?

I think we should take a punt on draftinga ruckman. All those old enough to remember a certain fair haired 17 yr old ruckmans debut and the media frenzy he caused. A good ruckman does not necessarily have to be in the system for years before he earns his keep.
