Then we would have 11, 20, 21, 30 39 and 40 etc. having gained 11, 21, and 30, 40, plus O'Rourke for 1. plus an older player.

Petracca is an absolute gun!!! this kid is a standout...hits like hodge and hayes and has skills to back up. 92kg, not overly tall but can slam dunk a basketball. Seen him play twice and wow!!!!

McCartin is being mooted as the possible number 1pick, but is not the stand out player in this years draft which has me worried.
192cm is only 1 cm taller than simpkin, who is clearly not big enough to play key position.
I would prefer Petracca, who many think is the best player in this years draft. Given we will most probably finish bottom again next year, we can always look to use pick 1 in 2015 on a 'tall' either in the draft or trade for one (Boyd).

he's actually 194cm......according to a rather good article on the kid in this week's inside football headed" forget nic nat, it's paddy wack."....brett anderson calls him an exciting power forward.........kevin sheehan is quoted in the article as saying that his strength in the air sets him apart from the other tall forwards in the air....he reads the ball in the air so quickly and he's a one grab player.....

A lot will depend on the draft camp test results. It is very revealing.

With our display over the last 12-15 weeks we really need another pick in the top 10.
