BTW
They were missing
8 time AA Mark Riccutio
And
Coleman Medallist Tony Modra
Why would it surprise? He didn’t play many…

Re: Coffield Jones Joyce Wood for Frawley Highmore Ross Lonie

I agree Coffield has been poor this season, too much of a confidence player for my liking. What are you agreeing if with ? Yourself? Confidence grows at a different pace for people and can be a slow burn but so rewarding if you are patient. If you have not been a mentor/coach/teacher you might not ...

Can run.can jump. Can mark. Has smarts. His training should just be a ridiculous amount of shots on goal.

Re: Thanks Ryder

Why is no one having a go at Paton for missing the season? Or Gresh? I think a few need to get their old heads around the fact that there’s no difference between being physically unfit or mentally unfit to play Football (or do anything else in life) Why didn’t Marshall do his foot injury over the o...

Re: The Biggest Blunders Since 2008

I’d have kept Harvey on the list... he was still playing well enough Imagine the 09 GF... Out - Dempster and McQualter as defensive forwards... in Harvey and Cousins instead. We’d have won by 15 goals Harvey would have done the job Wasn't Cousins used by Ross as motivation for the side to improve? ...

Re: Saints vs Tigers

Mason Wood has kicked more of his career goals against the Tigers than any other side Is it worth playing him over Lonie in this match? Gives us an extra mobile marking tall - alongside Membrey, King and resting ruck No I don’t know much about Wood. Does he play small/tall? is he one dimensional li...

He’s kicked 2 goals and none in the last three matches 8 touches vs Melbourne 11 vs GWS - one miracle goal and one that he took advantage 13 touches vs WCE, not overly effective His game vs Essendon got 17 touches in a 75 point drubbing. 1 tackle, no goals - don’t think anybody was particularly eff...

Pretty sure they all ran forward of the contest earlier, allowed Essendon an easy defensive clearance.

Great to see Bytel get a crack. Has shown some good glimpses, hopefully (and prob will with our injuries) gets a couple of weeks to have a run at it.

5-8th. Our core are young and progressing nicely. We now have depth that a few injuries should not worry. Right players fit come finals I’d expect we play in a prelim.

Not referring to anyone on here but some teachers (not taking about you K) do love to teach though, even outside the classroom. They really need to take that hat off when they are outside the classroom. It’s just too much. :) what about coaches? In my experience coaches always get pigeonholed, and ...

Needs to keep his feet. Has always been a problem. Silvangni kicked a few on him, a decent small would have a field day. Kicking iffy as well. I really enjoyed our backline last year all being good by foot, no weak link coming out. SRS- why do you think Kent as a wildcard? I’ve had the thought previ...

Two reasons: The tap wasn't silver service like last week and second, we got it but handballed directly to Richmond who go the breakaway and three goals on my count. If the club didn’t have a problem with it then why should supporters? The club hasn’t given him a contract anyway so maybe Jake isn’t feeling the love. It probably wouldn’t have made a difference anyway. What club would say they had a issue with it I guarantee theyed be pissed and so would the play...

Long thinks about the next possession after his. Much better at attacking from defence. Savage belts it forward. Much prefer Long at HBF.
