Re: Most valuable commodities
Anyways, I'll leave it there... CBF Oh don't stop now, you've nearly won everyone over in that being in the AA squad of 40 of does not make you close to AA. THis is the crux of the matter. FACT Jack was in the AA squad of 40 By definition he therefore was close to AA selection FACT BigMart made a d...

I agree with this post. Go for PattonOld Mate wrote:While the attention is focused on Cameron swoop on Patton and while doing so free up further cap space for GWS to keep Cameron. Offer pick 3 for the Patton and pick 19.

Re: How did Port recover so quickly?
Watching Port on TV against Hawthorn, Commentators started talking about Hinkley's coaching style, the concensus being trhat he promotes a great deal of freedom among his Players to play their own game. This was supported by Ling, who said Hinkley did that at Geelong when he was there, telling Play...

Re: Tommy Lee
Like every single Saints player ever drafted I hope Lee will succeed. However ATM he looks like a real waste of pick 12. some above said he had freakish skills. I have yet to see them, except for his exceptionally skilled set shots for goal. I dont think h works hard enough, but the guy had a very i...

No The forum is poorer having Irrelevant posts about me that are opinion based and not sure who could care less I Question remains .... Is some one close because the made a short list, yet could be a mile off the winner? I suggest it's about winning the position. If a person finished 6th in the fin...

Re: Most valuable commodities
So the new rules have changed nothing on here? Why argue with someone whois incapable of admitting he is wrong? Of course Steven was close to AA, he was in the top 40. End of argument. No spin can change that. Nothing can change the fact he WAS close. Really disappointing the forum being hijacked by...

Re: Wakelin and Dillon gone
I'd like to know what the redundancies will cost us. I assume Dillon was on big $$$ so even factoring in the payouts we may be in front in a year's time. Hopefully the new woman's role is heavily incentive based remuneration wise. What redundancies? They haven't been retrenched, they have been sack...

Re: There is a reson Richardson didnt get a senior gig!
Surely this is trolling mods? Really, it cant be construed as anything else. Some predicted we wouldn't win a game. We have won 3 and after the break, the kids will come back fresh, a few injured players may be back and we might win one or two more. However unless you are a novice at this game you ...

Re: Game Thread v GC Suns
Jones is laughable.. Well he knows how to get cheap sheep dog stats running around in circles - but really he is entirely ineffective. Cant attack. Cant defend. Most of his cheap circular sheep dog stats are at blokes feet anyways. Would run a very good 10k fun run time though. 34-35mins I reckon. ...

I've been impressed with Shenton This years Roberton. Mav Weller had a very good second half as did Jack in the middle. Instead of ridiculing a Saints player who has tried his hardest for our club for many years, just thank him for his efforts and wish him well in his future endeavours.
No need to be so disrespectful. He is a Saints player no matter how past it he now is.

Re: Game Thread v GC Suns
Even commentators bagging the umpires. Really that No.25 should not be umpiring. He cost us games last year with his pathetic consistency. It wont cost this game but his decisions tonight have cost us multiple goals. Really think the guy is not fit to umpire. Sure umpires make mistakes but this guy ...
