Re: WHY THE HELL...............
Watch them jump back on if we are top 4 after 12 games...... All supporters are fickle, some clubs including us, just can't afford our supporters to be that way. Well you obviously haven't read my post correctly. I will always renew my membership (as I did for the last 17 years). This is more than ...

Re: WHY THE HELL...............
Back in grim old days of the past, i saw our club go thorugh so many 5 year plans its not funny, SOS appeals ad infinitum people just need to understand this simple absolute fact without the AFL and its administration, it would not be about standing up to the AFL as you put it, we would have been k...

Re: WHY THE HELL...............
. And why wouldnt you go to games because we arent a big club? it makes no sense. That sounds more like you are pissed off with our club. Believe me, the Hawks got a much bigger pay-out than the Saints. I'm not pissed off with the club, more with the AFL. I grew up in Europe with a very strong socc...

Re: WHY THE HELL...............
The Hawks got bigger because they got an extremely lucrative compensation when they were forced from Waverley. Unlike the Saints, as with the Etihad deal, got practically nothing compared to the Hawks. To give credit to the Hawks, they used the money wisely. I don’t think the poorer clubs want chari...

Re: 27,488 members as of 12/03/2013?
They don't like Seaford! That’s rubbish. It doesn’t matter Seaford or Frankston itself. The point is that they want to capture the market down there. From St Kilda down the coast has traditionally been Saints territory, and many in the Frankston area. It might take a while, but Frankston could beco...

Re: Family Day
Loved it. Thought it was a brilliant idea to hold the Family Day on the Frankston foreshore, open to everybody, not just Saints supporters. Good marketing ..... and they had the Hare Krishna side show!! Hope they all signed up as members. So it wasn't at Frangga oval? Nope - Frangger's foreshore.

I was under the impression that the club couldn't match the offers made by Sydney but not the case,he told me The Saints had the money and also that Collingwood had offered a massive sum for him. millions. Not too happy about that. Did anyone else know this ? Strange Ken Sheldon should say this. A ...

Just heard that channel 7 will air another Saints controversy on 7 News tonight. Didn't say what it was. Surely it's not the "fat" joke still! And for f's sake it can't be something new!!! Anybody heard anything?

Re: Incompetent umpiring
Several times as we were about to get in front inexplicable decisions were played which hadn't been played all night. Dempster head over the ball was collected heavily and the play went on but then when Kosi marked they overturned the decision because he used his strength same with Goddard. They ju...

Re: Are we confident?
was less confident going into the port game . Aside from the genuinely one-sided umpiring that game, ..... Well yes, Port Adelaide - with five 50s against us, it's almost impossible to win - after all we were only 5 points down. I'm reasonably confident, but don't forget, the Bulldogs were always t...

Re: We get the points - AFL Statement
Honestly couldn't care. Will it help us make the GF? If so, ok, that's good, if not, it's meaningless. No, it's not meaningless. Personally, I don't care about the NAB cup. However, it's the principle. We've been screwed by the AFL so many times. At least this time they did the right thing, even if...

Yeah, definitely Seaford... Harves saw the town and was shocked I heard, couldn't understand why anyone would ever be associated with Seaford... IF true, is a bit of a kick in the guts. Was bad enough seeing Banger in a Carlton top, now Filth? Obviously very very disappointed at not getting the coa...

Re: When BUTTHEAD announced at the AGM we were abandoning Ta
I got up and told him that this was a very short sighted decision and would come back and bite the club in the ar$e. His response was the playing group did not like playing down there. Anyone remember that far back?? Well my friends, that time has come. I hate BUTTHEAD for what he has done to this ...

this is one of the dumbest theories I've read. Hard to believe that they would throw a game and probably not at all true, but this is far from the dumbest theory. Sydney plays Geeolong at Skilled stadium next week. Probably won't win. Then they play Brisbane, probably will win. Saints play North, p...

Re: Blame Breakdown
IMO our current form can put down to: ,,,,, I think it has more to do with losing two GF'S than all the Kim Duthie stuff . Don’t agree with this point. The KD fiasco would have done a lot of harm. It most certainly would have divided the team. At the moment, they do not play as a team. No matter ...
